Created a real estate brand for a high-end, beautifully designed multi-level townhouses with lakefront of Seneca Lake. This clientele would range from younger successful people perhaps looking for their second home to an older established person looking for a relaxed yet sophisticated lake experience.

The Challenge
When we were approached for the project, the actual property was not completed. Not even one unit was even close to being finished. So we had to create the essence of what it would feel like to live in this future high-end development.

Custom illustration logo, full branding experience, tag line, corporate identity, sell sheets for open house, and more.
The Results
The brand launched before a single unit was complete — and drove pre-sales through visual storytelling alone. The identity positioned Water Works as a premium lakefront lifestyle experience in Seneca Lake.
